Job summary

CarShield is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join its growing team in St. Peters, Missouri. You will assist existing customers with a wide range of questions and provide accurate, professional service in a fast-paced call center.

Responsibilities include handling inbound calls, assisting with inquiries, payments, and claims, and collaborating with Finance and Administration to resolve issues. On-site role with strong focus on customer satisfaction and product knowledge.

Qualifications

• Work on-site at CarShield's headquarters in St. Peters, MO.
• At least one year of experience in a call center.
• Strong verbal communication skills and professional phone presence.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and accept coaching/feedback.
• Basic computer and typing skills.
• Ability to obtain the license required by the State of Missouri; CarShield supports the application process and fee.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from existing customers.
• Assist customers with general inquiries, payments, and questions regarding claims.
• Address customer concerns, retain customers, and escalate as needed.
• Collaborate with the Finance and Administration teams to resolve customer needs.
• Maintain a positive, customer-first approach while delivering professional and responsive service.
• Maintain current knowledge of the products and services CarShield offers.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
