SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Sales & Service Representative to assist commercial and residential customers. The role emphasizes delivering exceptional service, managing customer relationships, and processing orders in person, by phone, or online.

The position involves stocking, merchandising, and supporting inventory and branch initiatives, with emphasis on safety and customer-focused outcomes.

Qualificações

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Green industry knowledge a plus.
• Willing to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions and needs in person, by phone, or online.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and workflows.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory and store tasks while maintaining safety.
