Job summary
SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representatives to deliver exceptional customer service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will assist with in-person, phone, and online orders, manage inventory, and help grow sales while maintaining a safe store environment.
Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail/wholesale, are bilingual in English and Spanish, and are eager to learn new technologies and product knowledge in
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
- Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
- Knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation products a plus.
Responsibilities
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service to SiteOne customers.
- Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
- Assist customers with questions in person, by phone, or online ordering.
- Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
- Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
- Support branch leadership in implementing new technologies and processes.
- Assist with merchandising and inventory management while maintaining safety.
