Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply in Carpinteria, CA is hiring a Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative to deliver outstanding service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will handle in-person, phone, and online orders, pull inventory, and help drive sales through strong relationships.

Applicants should have at least 1 year in retail/wholesale, be bilingual in English and Spanish, and willing to learn new technologies. A high school diploma is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Green industry knowledge a plus.
• Ready and willing to learn and adopt new technologies.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate relationships and assist with questions in person, via phone or online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and ways of working.
• Assist with merchandising and inventory management and maintain a safe environment.
