Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative to serve commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will deliver outstanding service, build strong customer relationships, and assist with in-store and online orders.

The role supports inventory management, merchandising, and store operations while embracing new technologies to improve performance. A 1-year retail background and bilingual English/Spanish skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual proficiency - English/Spanish preferred.
• Green industry knowledge or landscape, nursery, or irrigation product knowledge a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience helpful.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via the phone or through online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery.
• Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance.
• Assist with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment.
