Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSSR) to deliver exceptional service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will build relationships, assist with inquiries, and process orders in person, by phone, or online.

The role requires at least 1 year in retail/wholesale, strong English/Spanish communication, and a willingness to learn new technologies while contributing to a safe, productive store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual proficiency - English/Spanish preferred.
• Green industry knowledge a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adopt new tech.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience helpful.
• Must lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers in person, via phone or online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store tasks.
