SiteOne Landscape Supply, the leading national distributor of landscaping products across the United States and Canada, is seeking a Bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative to deliver exceptional service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry.

The role emphasizes building relationships, assisting customers in person, by phone, or online, pulling inventory for pickup or delivery, and growing sales while supporting branch operations and safe store practices.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred.
• Green industry knowledge a plus.
• Willing to learn new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience helpful.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers
• Assist customers with their questions and needs, either in person, via the phone or through online ordering
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pick up or delivery
• Proactively identify and capitalize on opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers
• Partner with branch leadership to understand and implement new technologies and ways of working to help positively impact business performance
• Assist with merchandising product, managing inventory, and other store tasks while maintaining a safe working environment.
