Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply is seeking a bilingual Customer Sales & Service Representative (CSSR) to deliver outstanding service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry. You will handle questions, process orders, and support inventory and merchandising in a fast-paced retail setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail/wholesale, strong English/Spanish communication, and the ability to lift 50 pounds. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1 year retail/wholesale experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation products a plus.
• Willing to learn new technologies and ways of working.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers in person, by phone, or via online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Work with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store tasks while maintaining safety.
