Qualifications

• 1 year retail or wholesale experience preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Green industry knowledge a plus.
• Willing to learn new technologies and processes.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience is helpful.
• Must lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to SiteOne customers in person, by phone, or online.
• Cultivate and manage relationships with customers and understand their needs.
• Assist customers with questions and order placement; pull and prepare inventory for pickup or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and other store tasks while maintaining safety.
