Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual proficiency in English/Spanish preferred.
• Green industry knowledge a plus.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to new processes.
• Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions.
• Inventory management experience helpful.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to SiteOne customers in-person, by phone, or online.
• Cultivate and manage strong customer relationships and drive sales growth.
• Assist customers with questions and orders, including pickup or delivery.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer needs.
• Collaborate with branch leadership to implement new technologies and processes.
• Support merchandising, inventory management and store tasks while maintaining safety.
