Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply in the United States is seeking a bilingual CSSR to deliver exceptional customer service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry.

You will build relationships, assist with in-store and online ordering, and help manage inventory and merchandising while maintaining a safe work environment. Prior retail experience and English/Spanish bilingual ability are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Bilingual proficiency - English/Spanish preferred.
• Green industry knowledge or landscape/irrigation product knowledge a plus.
• Willingness to learn new technologies and processes.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate exceptional customer service to all SiteOne customers.
• Cultivate and manage strong relationships with customers.
• Assist customers with questions in person, via phone, or through online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for customer pickup or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Partner with branch leadership to implement new technologies and ways of working.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store tasks while maintaining safety.
