Job summary

SiteOne Landscape Supply in Madison, Wisconsin seeks a bilingual CSSR to deliver outstanding customer service to commercial and residential customers in the green industry.

You will cultivate customer relationships, assist with in-store, phone, and online orders, pull inventory for pickup or delivery, and support merchandising and inventory tasks while maintaining a safe work environment. Prior retail experience and a willingness to learn new tech are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in a retail or wholesale setting.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Willing to learn new technologies and ways of working.
• Knowledge of landscape, nursery, or irrigation products is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to SiteOne customers.
• Build and manage strong customer relationships.
• Assist customers in person, by phone, or online ordering.
• Pull and prepare inventory orders for pickup or delivery.
• Identify opportunities to grow sales with current and potential customers.
• Collaborate with branch leadership on new technologies and processes.
• Assist with merchandising, inventory management, and store tasks while maintaining safety.
