Job summary

GoHiring is seeking a customer-focused support professional to act as the voice of our customers and partners. You will manage requests quickly and thoughtfully, resolving issues through Zendesk and occasional calls.

You will collaborate with other GoHiring teams, maintain customer data, and contribute to analyses behind the scenes. A blend of writing Help Center articles and supporting campaigns keeps each day varied and impactful.

Qualifications

• Fluency in German and English.
• Professional experience in a customer-facing service or support environment.
• Strong communication skills via email, phone, or video.
• Organizational skills in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Be the voice of our customers and partners, ensuring requests are handled quickly, thoughtfully, and with care.
• Guide complex issues via Zendesk and occasional calls to clear solutions.
• Collaborate with teammates and other GoHiring teams to achieve the best outcomes.
• Manage orders and customer data, and conduct analyses behind the scenes.
• Write Help Center articles or reports and support campaign management when needed.
• Identify opportunities to optimize and automate processes with cross-functional teams.
