Job summary

Huzzle is seeking a versatile, professional Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. You will be the primary point of contact for a diverse customer base, delivering seamless support in English and Spanish, whether calling or messaging from anywhere.

This independent contractor role offers remote work with international teams and opportunities to engage with SaaS, MarTech, and B2B services.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer service or call center environment.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Strong active listening skills and empathy toward customer needs.
• Ability to multitask and use multiple software applications while speaking with customers.
• Experience with CRM systems and basic computer skills.
• Remote work experience in a call center setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound calls professionally in English and Spanish.
• Address inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide product/service information.
• Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions in the database.
• Escalate complex issues to appropriate departments with smooth hand-offs.
• Meet KPIs related to call quality, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with teams and navigate multiple software applications during calls.
