Job summary

DuBois Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide the highest level of service to internal and external customers. You will process orders accurately and promptly, while aligning with customer experience strategies and corporate standards.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills and strong interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard office tools.

Responsibilities

• Accurately process customer orders received via phone, fax, email, web, and ecommerce.
• Maintain customer notes, ship dates, carriers, and facility details.
• Answer incoming calls from call queues within established metrics.
• Address inquiries about order status, shipments, pricing, invoices, credits, and returns.
• Ensure a responsive customer experience with timely and accurate responses.
