Job summary

Qualifications

• Order-to-cash customer service experience preferred
• Experience handling orders, invoicing, and customer queries
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM systems

Responsibilities

• Enter sales orders and process order entry from customers
• Communicate order status to customers, sales, and scheduling
• Coordinate shipments and provide shipping information
• Process credit memos and related documentation
• Assist with production scheduling backup and data entry
