Job summary

DuBois Chemicals, Inc. is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional service to internal and external customers. The role focuses on accurate order processing and delivering meaningful business results aligned with customer experience strategies and corporate standards.

You will handle inquiries related to order status, shipments, pricing, and returns, while maintaining notes, carrier details, and ship dates. Fluency in Spanish or French is preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in customer service.
• Excellent oral and written communications skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to multitask

Responsibilities

• Process customer orders via phone, fax, email, web, and ecommerce according to policy.
• Maintain customer notes, ship dates, carriers, and manufacturing/shipping facility.
• Answer calls from queues and respond to inquiries on order status, pricing, and returns.
• Deliver timely, accurate customer service and strive for continuous improvement.
