In this remote-friendly full-time role, you will travel to client sites up to 25% and collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot, test, and implement our product lines.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of mechanical, chemical, or industrial experience.
• Strong time management and attention to detail.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 25%, including overnight.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site technical service to support product applications and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage multiple customers across the geography using diverse product lines.
• Perform equipment repairs, installations, testing, and inventory management.
• Document findings and recommendations in analytics systems.
• Travel to assigned customers for service audits.
