Job summary

BEL USA LLC is seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor to oversee daily production activities in the Printing, Packing, and Unpacking areas, ensuring alignment with company objectives for production, quality, service, and cost. You will supervise, motivate, counsel, and, if necessary, discipline direct reports while collaborating closely with management.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 5+ years warehouse experience required.
• Experience training and coaching associates.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to interpret business and financial reports; strong problem solving.

Responsibilities

• Directs daily production activities of assigned manufacturing areas (Printing, Packing, Unpacking).
• Balances quality, productivity, cost, safety, and morale to achieve positive results.
• Continually seeking improvements in all areas of operations.
• Participates in recruitment and selection of new associates.
• Provides orientation and on-the-job training to ensure clear role expectations.
• Ensures manufacturing areas are maintained at acceptable levels.
• Maintains reliable, regular attendance.
• Supports teamwork and active participation.
• Performs duties safely per company policies.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
