This role is ideal for a customer-focused professional who is comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling a high volume of inbound calls, emails, and customer inquiries. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and Spanish and have strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls and provide professional, timely assistance
• Respond to customer questions and resolve issues while maintaining a positive experience
• Communicate with customers in both English and Spanish
