Job summary

Vantage Apparel is seeking a Customer Service Coordinator to support the Customer Service team, handling inquiries, data entry, and daily administrative tasks. The role focuses on delivering a positive customer experience and efficient operations.

The ideal candidate will manage hotline calls, process registrations, and maintain master data, while communicating clearly with customers and sales reps.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of customer service experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive, organized, and detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Organize and prioritize incoming requests for timely follow-up.
• Provide administrative support including filing, data entry, and routine tasks.
• Manage hotline calls and route escalations appropriately.
• Monitor emails and assign requests to the appropriate representative.
• Review registrations, update customer data, and initiate welcome communications.
• Maintain and update Excel records and departmental reports.
