Job summary

Vantage Apparel seeks a Digital Commerce Administrator to manage day-to-day operations of customer integrations and webstores. You will maintain SKU data, update listings, and reflect inventory across platforms for accurate, timely order processing.

Role requires experience with e-commerce platforms, CMS, and inventory systems; strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills are essential in coordinating with multiple departments to ensure smooth launches and orders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, E-Commerce, Information Technology, or a related field, with 2–3 years of experience in digital commerce or merchandising or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in apparel internet sales/e-commerce, SaaS, or related industry preferred.
• Proficiency with e-commerce platforms (Shopify, Magento), content management systems, and inventory management software. Familiarity with HTML, SEO, and web analytics tools is a plus.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) required.
• Familiarity with CRM systems like Zoho, Salesforce, or HubSpot a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the company's integrated distributors and webstores, ensuring products, cross-references, and program setups are accurate and functional.
• Maintain and update SKU data, including product descriptions, images, pricing, and inventory levels in coordination with distributors.
• Assign colorways and garment designs to products, aligning with marketing and product specs.
• Handle timely release of online orders, coordinating with warehouse and logistics during launch monitoring period.
• Assist with customer inquiries related to the e-commerce platform and orders.
• Manage and update complex Excel files to track product information, sales data, and inventory levels.
• Perform thorough testing of new integrations and webstores prior to launch.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support successful program launches, especially those requiring special handling.
• Communicate clearly with customers to outline requirements for launching integrations or webstores.
