Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Respond to all customer inquiries regarding billing, service or collections.
• Assist customers with credit and collection issues and make arrangements per guidelines.
• Make changes or adjustments to customer accounts as requested.
• Initiate service orders for emergencies and other service work.
• Make outbound calls to resolve inquiries or follow up on collections.
• Provide accurate information to departments to resolve concerns.
