Avangrid’s Union - Customer Care Representative Trainee (Bilingual) position in CT Orange is a 60 Marsh Hill Rd-based role offering an hourly rate of $30.86. The role requires two years’ experience in customer care, fluency in Spanish and English, and the ability to handle billing and service inquiries with exceptional customer service.
Applicants must pass a language aptitude test and be able to work a flexible schedule.
Respond to customer service inquiries including general billing questions, bill analysis, applications for service, service notifications, emergencies, payment options, collections matters, etc.
