Job summary

The Southern Connecticut Gas Company in Connecticut's Orange location is seeking a Union - Customer Care Representative Trainee (Bilingual) to join our team. The role handles billing inquiries, service notifications, applications for service, emergencies, and collections with a focus on excellent customer service.

Two years of related experience are required; fluent in English and Spanish; you will work flexible hours and may participate in language aptitude testing.
