As a Customer Care Representative, you will respond to inquiries by phone and email, troubleshoot issues, mentor new reps, and look for opportunities to introduce our products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Less than 2 years experience in customer service, banking or retail preferred.
• Must demonstrate friendly, professional communication and trouble-shooting skills.

Responsabilités

• Respond to customer calls and emails in a professional, pleasant manner.
• Use technical knowledge to resolve complex inquiries.
• Provide quality service to retain and attract customers.
• Mentor and train new Customer Care representatives.
• Introduce Associated Bank products and services to customers.
