As a Customer Care Representative, you will respond to inquiries by phone and email, troubleshoot issues, mentor new reps, and look for opportunities to introduce our products.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Less than 2 years experience in customer service, banking or retail preferred.
• Must demonstrate friendly, professional communication and trouble-shooting skills.

• Use technical knowledge to resolve complex inquiries.

As a Customer Care Representative, you can look forward to

This person will

• Respond to customer’s telephone and e-mail inquiries. Respond in a professional and pleasant manner in all interactions.
• Utilize technical knowledge and trouble shooting skills to resolve complex customer inquiries
• Provide quality service as a differentiator for our company to retain current customers and attract new business.
• Mentor and train new Customer Care representatives
• Initiate opportunities to introduce Associated Bank products and services to existing and potential customers.
