Elevance Health is seeking a Customer Care Representative I - Bilingual (US) to handle customer inquiries about insurance benefits, contracts, eligibility, and claims. This hybrid role combines in-office collaboration with remote work, requiring regular office presence and occasional remote work from home as needed.

You will complete basic training and work with teammates to resolve routine questions. The position emphasizes strong communication, empathy, and problem-solving, with duties

Competenze

• HS diploma or equivalent with experience in automated customer service environment.
• Must pass the appropriate pre-employment test battery.
• Bilingual (Spanish) required.
• Must pass a validated language test/assessment.

Mansioni

• Responds to customer questions via telephone and written correspondence regarding insurance benefits, provider contracts, eligibility and claims.
• Analyzes problems and provides information/solutions.
• Documents information and outcomes in the database; maintains positive customer relations.
• Multi-task including calls, texts, and electronic queues while taking notes and speaking to customers.
