Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking a Customer Service Representative (Bilingual) in Richardson, TX to assist customers with financial solutions and process transactions in-store. The role offers hands-on training and potential advancement within a fast-growing, multi-brand environment.

You’ll use a POS system, handle cash and payments, and provide exceptional service to a diverse customer base while maintaining strict compliance and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and colleagues.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry.
• Proficiency using phones, POS, Microsoft Office and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for workday use.
• Background check required. Compliance with applicable laws.
• Must handle physical demands including standing and light lifting.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to build lasting relationships.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions accurately.
• Offer personalized financial services to meet customer needs.
• Enter and maintain customer data in the POS system precisely.
• Support daily call campaigns to generate new business.
• Assist in account management and collections; manage appointments.
• Occasionally perform on-site tasks, store errands, and events.
• Maintain store appearance and ensure cleanliness for customer experience.
• Follow security procedures for cash handling and vault management.
• Comply with company policies and relevant laws.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay updated on processes.
• Maintain a full-time in-person schedule, including weekends.
