Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Relationship Management: Serve as a primary contact for customers, responding to inquiries via phone and email.
• Order Processing & Administration: Process customer orders for domestic and Latin American markets; maintain customer data and records.
• Sales & Commercial Support: Prepare quotations and support sales initiatives with customers.
• Operations & Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate with manufacturing and operations to align production with delivery expectations; manage returns and credits.
