Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. in Lancaster, TX seeks a full-time Bilingual Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our call center. You will sell wholesale products to Home Depot customers and deliver excellent service, while meeting monthly sales goals.

Hybrid work is available after training, with two days remote and three days in the office. Strong communication, CRM experience, and a bilingual English/Spanish ability are preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Experience in call center or customer service environments preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
• Strong computer and internet skills; proficient with CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and partners via calls, emails, and chat.
• Sell wholesale products to Home Depot customers and meet monthly goals.
• Track leads and sales in CRM and spreadsheets; follow up promptly.
• Protect customer information and coordinate with orders team to resolve issues.
