Job summary

Rugby Architectural Building Products is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish Customer Service Representative for our Grand Prairie, TX location. You will assist customers by phone, email, and in person, while supporting inside sales activities and Will Call operations in our warehouse.

Responsibilities include processing orders, answering calls, recommending products, and coordinating logistics to support customer projects.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required.
• 5+ years of customer service, inside sales, will call, administrative, or related experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to customers by phone, email, and in person.
• Process orders and maintain accurate documentation.
• Answer inbound and outbound customer calls.
• Recommend products based on customer needs.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Coordinate orders and logistics to support customer projects.
• Assist customers with Will Call pickups and order fulfillment.
