Job summary

Tuff Shed, Inc. is seeking a Customer Service & Sales Representative at our Lancaster, TX call center, with a hybrid work option after training (2 days remote / 3 days in office). You will sell Tuff Shed wholesale products to Home Depot customers and deliver excellent service to customers and partners while meeting monthly goals.

Prior call center or sales experience and CRM proficiency are preferred. Role requires strong communication, problem solving, attention to data accuracy in Salesforce

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience in call center or customer service preferred.
• Sales experience preferred.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via inbound/outbound calls, emails and chat.
• Sells wholesale products to Home Depot customers and meets monthly goals.
• Track leads in Salesforce and sales in JD Edwards spreadsheets.
• Follow up with leads via phone, email or chat after receiving information.
• Protect customer information and ensure secure handling of personal data.
• Coordinate with data entry for order issues and resolutions.
