Responsibilities

• Communicate with Spanish and English speaking customers by phone, email, and chat.
• Provide friendly, accurate solutions to foster loyalty and sales.
• Analyze and resolve customer issues, offering strategic bilingual solutions.
• Keep customers informed with the latest order status and product availability.
• Escalate product or service issues to relevant departments when needed.
• Maintain a positive, professional attitude in all communications.
• Support a flexible, growth-focused team environment.
• Guide customers through the website, offering online shopping assistance.
• Commit to a 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM schedule and two office days weekly in Lancaster.
