Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, plus professional demeanor.
• Meticulous attention to detail and data entry accuracy.
• Proficiency with phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet physical demands (standing up to 90%, move up to 25 pounds).

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships that drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information in a POS system.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in account management and collections by accepting payments and scheduling appointments.
• Perform on-site tasks such as vehicle appraisals and store errands.
• Maintain store appearance and meet cleanliness standards.
• Maintain security protocols and proper vault/cash drawer operations.
• Engage in ongoing training and stay updated on product and process changes.
• Work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
• Take on additional tasks as directed by leadership.
• Maintain a full-time in-person schedule including weekends (minimum 40 hours/week).
