Job summary

JBT Corporation in Apex, NC is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support our team. The CSR will respond to inquiries about part numbers, pricing, and availability, and will enter International and Domestic orders into an ERP system with required documents.

The role requires handling RMAs, coordinating with Sales and Technical Service, and providing timely status updates to customers while using export documentation for international shipments.

Qualifications

• High School Degree.
• Bilingual Spanish/English required; Portuguese a plus.
• Strong communication skills including oral and written.
• Familiar with Salesforce Email to Case.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Team player with ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter customer orders into the ERP system and ensure accuracy.
• Respond to inquiries for part numbers, pricing, and availability.
• Coordinate with Sales and Technical Service to support customers.
• Provide timely information on order status and changes.
• Handle RMAs and resolve customer issues or conflicts.
• Process export documents for international shipments.
