Job summary

PPG is seeking a Commercial Customer Service Representative (CSR) in the United States to provide order management support to customers. The CSR will ensure efficient processing of orders while serving as a customer advocate.

The ideal candidate has over 3 years of B2B order management experience, knowledge of Oracle ERP, and proficiency in Office applications, particularly Excel. Spanish or French speaking abilities are a plus. This role allows for remote work and includes benefits such as medical, dental, vision, and 401K.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years B2B Order Management experience.
• Experience interpreting customer requests effectively.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide order management support for assigned Direct Customer accounts.
• Handle complex customer issues and offer solutions.
• Log customer interactions in the CRM database.
