CCF Family of Brands in New Braunfels, TX is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help customers access financial solutions while processing transactions in-store. You will build relationships, verify transactions, and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

This entry-level role includes hands-on training, development opportunities, and a path to promotion across our eleven brands. Must be 18+ with reliable attendance and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with professional demeanor.
• Meticulous attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Proficient in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required and conducted in accordance with law.

Responsibilities

• Connect with customers to cultivate lasting relationships and drive repeat business.
• Review, validate, and process customer transactions with accuracy.
• Maximize customer success by offering personalized financial services.
• Enter and maintain customer information precisely into a POS system.
• Build new business by completing daily call campaigns.
• Assist in customer account management and collections by accepting payments and managing appointments.
• Maintain store appearance and cleanliness to enhance customer experience.
• Adhere to security protocols and opening/closing procedures.
