Turnitin, LLC is seeking an Associate Customer Success Manager to oversee a portfolio of higher education institutions in Spain and France. You will drive adoption, retention, and growth by building strong relationships with Deans, Directors, and instructors, delivering product value and coordinating cross-functional support.

Ideal candidates have 1-2 years in Customer Success or related roles, are fluent in English, Spanish, and French, and possess strong communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role.
• Experience in SaaS, EdTech, or education sector preferred.
• Fluent in English, Spanish, and French.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Data-driven with CRM usage and Salesforce proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of higher education customers across Spain and France.
• Build relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer institutions.
• Drive adoption, satisfaction, retention, and long-term success.
• Develop and execute account plans aligned with customer goals.
• Deliver business reviews, presentations, and engagement activities.
• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and renewal opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Solutions teams.
