Instructure is seeking a Customer Success Associate to support our growing customer base across Europe, the Middle East and Africa. You will manage a direct book of business, with a focus on Spanish-language accounts, and collaborate with CSMs to drive value realization and adoption of Instructure solutions.

The role requires fluency in Spanish and English, ability to work European hours, and a passion for education and technology.

Competenze

• Fluency in Spanish and English (written and verbal) is required.
• Ability to work European hours.
• Passion for education and technology with a proven technical aptitude.
• Clear, concise verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt tone across organizational levels.
• Familiarity with CRM systems (such as Salesforce) and project management tools.
• Strong capacity to prioritize tasks, multitask, and perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Instructure products (e.g., Canvas LMS) is a plus.

• Build and nurture meaningful relationships with key customer stakeholders to ensure alignment with their desired outcomes.
• Develop understanding of key customer drivers and challenges, offering tailored solutions through Instructure’s products.
• Drive customer adoption of Instructure solutions to enhance outcomes and satisfaction.
• Retain and maximize revenue opportunities through strategic engagement and contextual understanding of customer challenges.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to drive customer growth and pipeline generation.
• Advocate for customers by providing feedback to Product and Engineering for platform improvements.
• Participate in cross-functional projects supporting the Customer Success team.
