Van Horn Latino is seeking a Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Milwaukee to assist customers via internet, phone, chat and text while addressing questions about vehicles of interest.

You will generate and coordinate sales appointments, follow up by phone, and maintain customer data. The role requires strong organization, reliability, and bilingual communication in Spanish and English, in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English, both verbally and in writing.
• Some college experience or graduate.
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required.
• Must be organized, reliable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internet, phone, chat and text inquiries.
• Assist customers with questions about vehicles of interest.
• Generate and coordinate sales appointments.
• Follow up with customers by phone.
• Enter and maintain customer information in our database.
• Maintain positive relationships with customers.
• Provide bilingual customer support in Spanish and English.
