Van Horn Latino is seeking a driven Bilingual Customer Service Representative in Milwaukee to assist customers across internet, phone, chat, and text channels. You will answer questions about vehicles, schedule sales appointments, and follow up by phone, while maintaining accurate customer data in our system.

The role emphasizes Spanish and English bilingual support, friendly service, and building lasting relationships with customers in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bilingual in Spanish and English, both spoken and written.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Some college experience preferred.
