Rent-A-Center is seeking a Credit Assistant Manager to join our Sunnyside stores. You will manage credit and collections while delivering white-glove customer service and supporting deliveries, pickups, and merchandising to keep the store inviting.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: positively impact growth through communicating with customers and collecting on accounts daily.
• Customer Service: provide friendly, top-notch experiences with a servant's heart in stores and in customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: load/unload and install products following all procedures.
• Merchandising: maintain an inviting, clean store environment for customers and coworkers.
