Job summary

Progressive Leasing, a leader in lease-to-own solutions, is hiring a Supervisor, Collections for remote work within 60 miles of El Paso, TX. You will mentor and develop agents, improve collection methods, and drive performance while delivering world-class customer experiences.

The role requires strong collections experience, excellent communication, and the ability to coach others. Shift is 11:30AM-8:00PM; bilingual Spanish is a plus. We value urgency, energy, and proactive leadership.

Qualifications

• Experience in collections.
• Able to work the 11:30AM-8:00PM shift.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Strong interpersonal and coaching abilities.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of FDCPA and TCPA.

Responsibilities

• Grow and develop the agent team.
• Train team on customer interaction and collection methods.
• Evaluate team behavior and provide timely feedback.
• Motivate the team to meet targets.
• Document account and agent performance accurately.
• Work with customers to deliver exceptional experiences.
• Handle escalated customer situations.
• Serve as first responder for team questions.
• Ensure service levels and saturation meet expectations.
• Set monthly goals and communicate action plans with the manager.
