Qualifications

• High school education or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist consumers at the front counter in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Determine actions to bring delinquent accounts to a conclusion.
• Interface and assist with day-to-day requests from clients and staff, by phone or in person.
• Assist in processing and balancing funds received in the Court and coordinate with the San Diego office as needed.
• Handle and safeguard money at court locations; keep the safe locked at all times.
• Document and complete all correspondence and adjustments promptly.
• Support desks or collection desks as assigned.
• Notify management or HR about any non-compliance or inappropriate actions.
