Job summary

AllianceOne is hiring a Full-time Court Support Representative in Chula Vista, CA, on-site at the courthouse. You will greet customers, handle delinquent accounts, and balance funds with accuracy, while maintaining strict security and confidentiality.

Responsibilities include assisting clients, processing data, and coordinating with management and HR for any issues. Bilingual Spanish is a plus; strong attendance and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent.
• Must pass court-based background check.
• Able to interact in a pleasant, effective, creative and professional manner and to be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist consumers at the front counter in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Determine what action is to be taken to bring delinquent accounts to conclusion.
• Interface and assist in the day-to-day requests, questions or problems over the phone or in person, from clients and staff.
• Assist in the processing and balancing of all funds received in the Court.
• Interface balancing process as established with the San Diego, CA office Responsible for the handling and safekeeping of the money they are receiving at the court locations and that the safe must be kept locked at all times.
• Document and complete all correspondence and adjustments in a timely manner.
• Work support desks, skip tracing desks or collection desks as assigned.
• Immediately contact management or the human resources department if there are any non- compliance issues, questionable activities or inappropriate actions taken by any staff.
• Complete manual data entry
