Job summary

AllianceOne, a Teleperformance subsidiary, is hiring a Full-Time Court Support Agent for the Orlando Courthouse. Primary duties include greeting consumers, handling delinquent accounts, and assisting clients and staff on-site. This role requires professionalism, teamwork, and aSpanish bilingual preference where noted.

Salary is $15.00 per hour with full benefits; standard hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Equal opportunity employer committed to accessibility.

Qualifications

• High School Education or equivalent
• Must pass court based background check
• Able to interact in a pleasant, effective, creative and professional manner and to be a team player.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist consumers at the front counter in a pleasant and professional manner.
• Determine actions to bring delinquent accounts to conclusion.
• Interface and assist in day-to-day requests or problems over the phone or in person from clients and staff.
• Assist in processing and balancing funds received in the Court.
• Document and complete all correspondence and adjustments in a timely manner.
• Work at support desks or collection desks as assigned.
