The role includes scheduling deliveries, updating customers, coordinating with drivers and stores, documenting interactions, and ensuring a positive delivery experience. Starting pay is $21/hour for English speakers and $22.50/hour for bilingual candidates, with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of contact center experience.
• Experience with CRM platforms and similar software.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via call, email, text and other channels with professionalism.
• Assist customers with delivery scheduling, updates, and in-home product support.
• Coordinate with drivers, stores, and internal departments to resolve issues.
• Follow up with customers to ensure a positive delivery experience.
• Document interactions accurately and maintain records.
