Jerome's Furniture in Rancho Bernardo is seeking an English and Spanish Speaking Contact Center Representative to deliver friendly, accurate service across calls, emails, texts, and other channels.

The role includes scheduling deliveries, updating customers, coordinating with drivers and stores, documenting interactions, and ensuring a positive delivery experience. Starting pay is $21/hour for English speakers and $22.50/hour for bilingual candidates, with full-time benefits.

What You'll do:

• Answer incoming customer inquiries via call, email, text and other contact platforms with professionalism and care.
• Assist customers with delivery scheduling, updates, delivery support, and in-home product support.
• Coordinate with delivery of drivers, stores, and internal departments to resolve customer concerns.
