• Onsite requirement in Irving, TX (temp-to-hire).

Responsibilities

• Assist external consumers with credit and consumer report inquiries.
• Explain credit/report content and regulatory requirements to customers.
• Research and process consumer disputes per FCRA guidelines.
• Fulfill file disclosures and report copies with accurate data entry.
• Perform security authentication and safeguard confidentiality.
• Engage with multiple software systems to meet performance metrics.
• Refer complex inquiries to senior staff when needed.
